DR LIU YANSHU
Chairman

Dr Liu YanShu is the Chairman of Investment and Trade in HG21 Group. A capable leader in the Corporate and Trade circle based in Beijing, The People’s Republic of China, Dr Liu is a native of Shandong.

 

Dr Liu receives all her tertiary education from Bachelor’s Degree until Doctoral Degree from some of the most prestigious institutions of higher learning in The People’s Republic of China.

 

Dr Liu specializes in global economic and wealth advisory and management; hence, her ability to link trade and commerce in various countries for development on an inter-continental level is truly outstanding. Her passion in seeing the end to global hunger by placing emphasis on food security, education, economic development and growth is deeply rooted in the philosophy of “Prospering Thy Neighbor” envisioned by Chairman Xi JinPing of The People’s Republic of China.

 

In her vast portfolio, Dr Liu is presently involved in the economic, education, trade and commerce activities across several continents namely in Asia, Oceania, Africa, Europe and South America.
 

PROFESSOR DR JAMES NGA CHIN LIK
Managing Director

Professor James Nga received his tertiary education from across the nations and continents around the globe. His undergraduate Bachelor’s degree is from Canada; two Masters’ Degrees are from both Scotland, United Kingdom (UK) and the United States of America (USA); a Doctoral Degree from Australia; and is currently pending the completion of another Doctoral Degree from Malaysia.
 

Currently, Professor Nga is the President of a Malaysian University; President of d.school Malaysia (dedicated to Design Thinking affiliated with the Hasso Plattner Institute Germany; Stanford University d.school and the Global Design Thinking Alliance – GDTA); the President of Association of Belt and Road Southeast Asia (BASE); and Chairman of He’ Global (affiliated directly to He’ Foundation of The People’s Republic of China), a Centre for promotion of peace through education and training.
 

Professor Nga specializes in Teaching and Research in the fields of Strategic Management, Organization, Marketing and Design Thinking mainly at the Postgraduate Master’s and Doctoral levels. He is passionate in economic development; human capital development; poverty elimination and disaster mitigation; and sustainability and renewable energy.

DATIN NOOR HABSAH MAZHAR 
Business Development Director

Datin Noor Habsah Kamis is a dynamic Entrepreneur who had started her impactful journey in Year 2005 as the Founder and CEO of Better World Communications Group. In Year 2014, she struck a partnership with DCH Logistics in Xiamen, China. This collaboration led to the creation of the MARA Entrepreneurship Transformation Programs (METP) under Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), aimed at helping local entrepreneurs with international marketing and distribution using DCH Logistic Company Limited's services.

 

Specializing in forging partnerships for foreign companies entering Malaysia and aiding local firms in expanding internationally, Datin Noor offers financial advice through institutions like EXIM Bank, SME Bank, Agro Bank, and PUNB. Her clientele includes government agencies and subsidiaries of public-listed companies. She delved into CPO trading after securing an export allocation from FGV in 2017.

In 2022, Datin Noor launched the ATAP PLACE MALAYSIA project, striving to establish a specialized Halal Hub for producing meat and poultry for Malaysia and Muslim countries. Her efforts earned support from influential figures, including the Deputy Minister of International Trade, the CEO of MATRADE, the Ambassador of China to Malaysia, and the CEO of China Construction Bank, showcased in a ceremony on September 14, 2022.

Datin Noor is also been recognized with the prestigious UKM CESMED Fellowship from 2016 to 2018 for crafting a comprehensive business module in collaboration with FAMA. Her leadership led trade missions, represented the Malaysian Franchise Organization in India, and played a key role in establishing Teh Tarik Place in Jakarta, Indonesia.

 

At present, Datin Noor is an active Corporate Leader specializing in linking trade deals between Malaysia and its surrounding regions.
